How does shipping works?
Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. As some devices contain batteries, the selection of a shipping carrier must also take into account the mode of transport (ground or air) and the carrier's acceptance of transporting hazardous materials.
How does the training work?
Training is included in the device price and is provided in English. (Verification needed for details)
What are the warranty periods?
A 12-month warranty is included as standard. An extension up to 24 months is available upon request.
What certifications do you have?
We are certified with ISO 13845 by our ON Icim. The Pegaso Plus line has FDA certification, and the remaining cough assistants and ventilators have CE certification with MDD extension.
